[CLOSED] Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist - DON2

We are looking for a Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN covering the Doncaster area. This is an exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of experience and make a real impact. This role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within the Primary Care Networks.

Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.

Independent Prescriber qualification, knowledge of EMISweb and SystmOne, excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Advanced clinical knowledge, managerial experience, and an in-depth understanding of general practice are desirable.

📍Location: Doncaster

🗒Contract: Permanent

💷Salary: £43,000-£44,000 per annum

⏰Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
