PCN Clinical Pharmacist required in Woodford
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a PCN covering the Woodford area. This is an opportunity to make a difference everyday and deliver exceptional service to the community. The role will include looking at prescribing safety, performing structured medication reviews, and helping in areas of Chronic Disease Management. There will be support for career progression and development.
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
Excellent IT skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work flexibly and independently as part of a team or alone, and the ability to prioritise workload are essential. IP qualified, experience of working within primary care, knowledge of EMISweb and managerial experience is desirable, however applicants with no previous experience will be considered. Additional training will be provided.
📍Location: Woodford
🗒Contract: 24 months fixed term
💷Salary: Negotiable
⏰Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
✅Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
