Clinical Pharmacist around Tamworth, Staffordshire
to work in Primary Care
We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists to join a very supportive practice in Tamworth, Staffordshire. This is an opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing capacity and gain a wide range of experience. The post holder will support in improving repeat prescribing processes in General Practice, minimising clinical risk, undertake medication reviews, facilitate medicines optimisation, consult patients with long-term conditions, review and reconcile hospital discharge letters, undertake ongoing audit, monitoring and analysis of drug use and support with cost-effective prescribing. Training and support will be provided.
Essential: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC.
Desirable: Independent Prescribing Qualification
Enrolment onto CPPE Pathway,
In-house training and support provided

🗒Contract: Permanent
💷Salary: £40,000-£50,000
⏰Hours: Full-time
✅Benefits: NHS pension, 25 days AL + BH
