Clinical Pharmacist Solutions – Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Manager with excellent leadership and organisational skills to join our Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with the day-to-day running of the business.

• Employment and Deployment of new Clinical Pharmacists

• Managing existing and new Client Relationships

• Undertaking Compliance Checks

• Producing client progress reports

• Handling Client Contracts

• Undertaking Employee Performance Reviews

Benefits:

• Salary: £35,000-45,000 per annum dependent on experience

• Hours: Full-time / Part-time

Essential Criteria

• Primary Care Experience

• Experience in managing others

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Criteria

• GP Surgery Practice Manager experience

• Knowledge of current Primary Care NHS Climate
