Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist required in Manchester

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries. This is an opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team and help support the repeat prescriptions system, deal with acute prescription requests, medicine reconciliation on the transfer of care, and systems for safer prescribing.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the partners in implementing effective medicine management within the practice, identifying areas for improvement, and initiating and managing change. The post holder will also provide supervision to pre-registration pharmacists and pre-registration pharmacy technicians.

Knowledge of EMISweb and DocMan is desirable.

📍Location: Manchester

💷Salary: Starting at £47,000

🗒Contract: Permanent

⏰Hours: Full-time (40 hours over 5 days)
