We are looking for Clinical Pharmacists to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in Gloucester. This is an opportunity to make a difference every day and deliver exceptional service to the community. The post holder will join an established team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and prescription advisors, supported by GP Prescribing Leads. The post holder will be involved in the management of medicines on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing leadership on quality improvement and clinical audit, and also include face-to-face medication reviews of patients with polypharmacy, especially for older people, people resident in care homes, and those with multiple co-morbidities. There will be support for career progression.

Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC

📍Location: Gloucester

🗒Contract: Permanent

💷Salary: £47,000- £51,000

⏰Hours: Full time
